Cloudbizz, reachable at info@cloudbizz.com, is the controller of personal data collected through neoo.io.
2. Data and purposes
The site has no public user account or advertising tracker. Data you voluntarily submit through a form or by email — contact details, company, profile and project description — is used only to handle your request, prepare an offer and follow it up. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser.
3. Legal basis, recipients and processors
Processing relies on pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest. Data is intended for the Cloudbizz teams responsible for Neoo; it is neither sold nor rented. Google Workspace transmits contact, demo, partnership and SaaS project requests to the Neoo team. Server storage retains bookings needed to prevent duplicate time slots and partner applications required for recovery. A request is not added to a marketing list without appropriate configuration and consent.
4. Retention
Sales enquiries are retained for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires otherwise.
5. Your rights
You have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them at info@cloudbizz.com.
6. Security
Cloudbizz applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted traffic, access control and monitoring.
